Probity Medical Research Pays Tribute to Urological Research During Bladder Health WeekBladder Health Week is a welcome reminder of the efforts urology researchers make to expand and improve patients’ treatment options for bladder diseases. Bladder cancer is but one of many diseases that affect the urinary system. Conditions like interstitial cystitis (IC) and bladder pain syndrome (BPS) are painful illnesses that can seriously impact one’s health and happiness. Overactive bladder, nocturia, and urinary incontinence can disrupt sleep, make everyday tasks difficult, and have a devastating impact on one’s social life. In many cases, bladder conditions can lead to problems in professional and personal relationships. On World Psoriasis Day, PMR Renews Commitment to Help Develop New Psoriasis TreatmentsOctober 29 is World Psoriasis Day, a time to raise awareness of a chronic condition affecting millions worldwide. The facts are striking – nearly 3 percent of the world’s population has psoriasis.
